We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to strengthen our capabilities in managing and optimizing consumption data within the CMDB. The role is key to ensuring that consumption information is consistently accurate, efficiently processed, and effectively used for customer billing and service insights. You will work across teams to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making. About the Team of Configuration Management

The Configuration Management team is responsible for ensuring that the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) provides a reliable foundation for our IT and service management processes. We focus on maintaining high data quality standards to support accurate billing, reporting, and operational excellence.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of consumption data within the CMDB.

• Analyze and validate data to support reliable billing and service reporting.

• Develop and enhance data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide clear insights into consumption trends.

• Collaborate with Configuration Management, Finance, and IT Operations teams to align data processes and ensure consistency across systems.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data handling, automation, and governance.

• Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and documentation for consumption data management.

What do you bring with you?  

• Experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within IT, Service Management, or Configuration Management domains.

• Either a degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems / or related field/ OR equivalent working experience.

• Strong understanding of data management principles.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of consumption or billing data, and related business processes.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and configuration management best practices and CMDB structures are a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Great analytical skills and orientation on detail.
