Network Operation Specialist
Our Network team manages complex infrastructures built on a wide range of technologies for various customers. We are currently looking for new colleagues to join us in the NOC role. While the position is not expected to include regular on-call duties at this time, occasional support outside of business hours may be required in the future to ensure smooth network operations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with a broad portfolio of technologies, including Cisco (Meraki, routing & switching, wireless, and more), Fortinet’s full product stack, Palo Alto firewalls, as well as HP switches, routers, and wireless solutions.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Incident Management
- Respond to incidents reported by the monitoring team and by customers
- Perform initial investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution, or escalate to senior engineers when required
- Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders during incidents
- Operational Quality & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network environments, processes, and procedures
- Support continuous improvement of operational practices to ensure service quality for customers
- Change Management
- Participate in planned operational changes, including implementation and validation
- Ensure changes are executed in line with established processes and documented properly
- System Maintenance
- Apply patches and updates to systems and network devices according to schedules and policies
- Verify post-patch functionality and stability of systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center, or network operations role
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
