Role Overview
As an IT Support Specialist with Danish language skills, you will play a critical role in assisting our Danish users by delivering top-notch technical support. Acting as the primary point of contact, you are expected to resolve technical issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and collaborate effectively within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities and Support Functions
- Function as the main point of contact for Danish language support, providing technical assistance to Danish customers in a modern IT environment.
- Work within a 3-shift schedule including weekend shifts, ensuring a total average of no more than 37.5 working hours per week.
- Address incoming incidents and service requests, ranging from Windows issues, network printer challenges, to application support and user administration.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficient in Danish and English communication skills, with a minimum proficiency of B2 level in both languages.
- Prior experience in IT help desk is advantageous, although not mandatory.
- Knowledge and a keen interest in Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11).
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is beneficial.
- A proactive willingness to learn and keep updated with the latest IT technologies.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within virtual teams.
