IT Customer Support with French
Are you fluent in English and do you speak also French? Then we may be looking for you! Currently we are looking for two new colleagues to our department of Customer Support – with an active knowledge of French. As our new colleague at Customer Support, you will be striving to assist users within the first contact with a strong focus on quality. At the moment it's a work during the standard working hours, later should be changed to 2 shifts module including weekend shifts. The job is not technically sophisticated from IT point of view, it is more about using your customer service skillset than IT experience. Sounds like what you would like to do? What will be your responsibilities?
- Being the single main point of contact for the French Support
- Providing technical support to French customers in modern IT environment
- Acting as single point of contact for incoming incidents and service requests ranging from Windows issues and network printers to application support and user administration. Most common issue are dysfunctional tills in the shops of our customer.
- At the moment working at standard working hours (8:00 to 16:30), but in the future should be switched to 2 shifts work schedule including morning, afternoon and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
What do you bring with you?
- Written and verbal communication skills on the minimum level B2 English + French
- Experience in Customer Service in general would is an advantage, but is not a must
- Knowledge and general interest in Windows 7, 10, 11
- Knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is an advantage
- Willingness to continuously learn about IT technologies
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue
- Ready to take responsibility for critical tasks
- Ability to collaborate in virtual teams
